ABSTRACT: Phytochemical, antioxidant, cytotoxicity, antimicrobial, and antidiabetic of brinjal (Solanum melongena) leave extracts in the present study. The selected plant material was dipped different polarity-based solvents for one weak such as chloroform, n-hexane, methanol, ethyl acetate, n-butanol. By using spectroscopic techniques total phenolic contents (TPC) flavonoid (TFC) were analyzed. range 159.48 ± 1.49 to 23.19 0.40 GAE mg/100 g. 4.87± 0.28 29.6 0.24 CE Extracts had an antioxidant activity which evaluated by free radical scavenging DPPH assay. Total ratio inhibition linoleic acid oxidation also calculated. study result revealed that leaves Solanum melongena may be main source natural antioxidants it is used activity. In study, potential against bacterias (Bacillus subtilis Escherichia coli) fungi (Fusarium solani Aspergillus nigar) evaluated. examined human red blood cells (RBCs) percentage lysis found this research work. Statistical data analysis done Analysis variance (ANOVA) SPSS version 21.0.
